"Hello Fermin, when you called in to ask why the payment didn't go through, the young lady was trying to explain to you that the same credit card that we have on file since at least January 2025 to pay your monthly insurance was used, so were not sure why it didn't go through. We let you know a simple call to your bank would have been enough to clear this us up and we could process payment again. We don't have access or control what your bank does and they are the only that can help. You were very rude and began swearing, she let you know there was no need for that type of language and you continued on, so she disconnected the call. You then showed up in a loud and aggressive manner to confront her in person. She demonstrated great restraint by trying to show you the billing system with that credit card we tried to process and you said you don't care what our system says. You then stood up in an aggressive manner towards her, which at that point, I asked for you to leave. I won't tolerate anyone being talked to in the way you did and I'm sure you wouldn't be okay if someone spoke to your daughter or wife in that degrading manner. We had a client who witnessed the whole conversation and was going to call 911 if you didn't leave. I told her not too once you left cussing out the door. We have the whole incident recorded and asked that you never set foot in our office. I let the other State Farm office know and they also will not tolerate this disrespectful behavior. "
